Randall Search Associates is an executive search firm specializing in development and institutional advancement searches that span the nonprofit sector. We have deep experience in the development field and bring years of involvement with nonprofits to our mission of helping organizations find the talent -- and resources -- to achieve their goals.
Our work in executive search has included recruitments throughout the United States for senior development, program, and marketing and communications professionals. Our searches focus on finding experienced and dedicated professionals in education, the arts, healthcare and medical research, human services, environment/conservation and animal welfare, and other nonprofits.
We primarily identify and recruit development/advancement leaders in the following positions: Executive Director; Vice President or Director of Development; Chief Philanthropy Officer; Directors of Major or Principal Gifts, Planned Giving, Corporate and Foundations Relations and Annual Giving; Director of Development Services or Operations; Director or Vice President of Communications and Marketing; Director of Alumni Relations; and Regional/Major Gift Officers.
I am convinced that nothing we do is more important than hiring and developing people. At the end of the day, you bet on people, not on strategies.
